  1.     Loan Warrior Amortization Program

  3.     LoanWarrior (LW) is a computer tool used to calculate loan
  4.     characteristics.  One of the most popular uses of loan
  5.     amortization programs like LW is to provide the user with a
  6.     quick look at payment schedules for potential home mortgages.
  7.     In practice, however, LW can be used to examine any type of
  8.     amortizing problem.

  10.     Given principal, interest rate (FIXED OR VARIABLE !!), and
  11.     duration of the loan, LW delivers a complete monthly amortization
  12.     schedule, yearly interest payments, yearly principal payments,
  13.     and handy summaries of all costs.  The program also features a
  14.     user-specified accelerated loan payoff option.  Output reports
  15.     can be directed to either the screen or printer. Additionally,
  16.     alternative loan option data can be saved and retrieved with an
  17.     easy to use filing system.

  19.     LW is ideal for evaluating the new "creative" home loans available
  20.     to home buyers and home owners interested in refinancing.  LW is
  21.     one of the only shareware loan programs available which can
  22.     handle annually adjusted ARM loans.
